What we collect

Your email address, to create your account — if you sign in with Apple and choose to hide your email, we only ever see Apple's relay address. Your health profile (age, sex, height, weight, activity level, goals), used solely to calculate your daily targets. The meals and weights you log. Your coach conversations, if you use that feature.

What we do not collect

No location, no contacts, no cross-app tracking. The app contains no advertising and no advertising SDKs.

Meal photos

When you photograph a meal the image is sent to Anthropic for analysis and to return nutrition values. We do not retain the image on our servers — the only copy stays on your device. The textual result (meal name and values) is saved to your account so it appears in your history.

RevenueCat, Apple	subscription and payment handling

We do not sell your data, do not share it for advertising, and do not use it to train AI models.

Deleting your account

In the app: Profile → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, profile, meals, weights, streak and coach conversations from our servers, and cannot be undone. Cancelling a subscription is done separately through Apple's settings.

Children

This app is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.

Not a substitute for a doctor

The app and its coach provide general nutrition information only. They do not diagnose or treat. Consult a qualified professional before any medical decision.
